Our classes are ideal for people who:

·        Have a previous injury or condition and need expert physiotherapist guidance

·        Want to improve bone density, tendon health and overall strength

·        Are not confident or interested in the gym and you want something more motivating, safe and engaging

·        Would like help with technique, accountability or exercise confidence

Smaller classes for personal attention

Our classes are limited to 12 people to ensure you receive personalised attention, motivation and support.We will guide you through your pilates journey and adapt the exercises individual to your needs.
