We are dedicated to improving your physical and mental wellbeing and our classes can be beneficial for you during or after your treatment with us.

We are here to assist you in moving better so you can keep yourself fit and active.

Our Pilates classes offer a great mix of strength, control, flexibility, balance, body awareness and relaxation.

Our classes currently run on a Tuesday at 6pm and Thursday at 12pm. Please register your interest for additional times as we will be opening up further classes upon demand.

Why choose classes?

After 30, you lose 3-8% muscle mass per year, which can help us to understand why things might get harder with age. Our classes can help to slow down this process and keep you in tip-top condition!

Our classes are ideal for those who:

·        Have a previous injury or condition that requires ongoing management

·        Want to benefit from strength training for injury prevention

·        Wish to improve and manage their health, such as bone density, tendon and muscle health

·        Are not confident about going to the gym

·        Lack proper technique or who would like guidance or motivation from an expert

Our classes are limited to 12 people to ensure you receive personalised attention, motivation and support. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pro, we're here to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Classes are led by our clinical director and senior physiotherapist, Dan Rix. No matter what your level, Dan will guide you through your pilates journey and adapt the exercises individual to your needs.

Our group classes are priced at just £10 per taster session. If you decide its for you, we offer 6 session packages for £65. So, come and join us, start your pilates journey today!

Please note: Group yoga and strength classes coming soon. In the meantime, you can book 1-1 or small group classes.
