Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our patients. To ensure the efficient operation of our clinics and to maintain fair access to our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellations:
If you fail to attend a treatment or class, or if you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed appointment. Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations so you will be obliged to pay for the booked appointment.
Late Arrivals:
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled patient. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the full session cost will still apply.
Rescheduling Appointments:
To reschedule an appointment, please contact our clinic at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our clinic at 0161 818 8100 or by emailing us at bookings@danrixphysio.com Please provide your name, appointment date, and time when requesting changes.
Payments:
We are a prepayment clinic. All payments must be made in advance to confirm your scheduled appointment or class. Payments can be made via BACS, over the phone or in clinic. For BACS payments, our payment details will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS upon request. Please ensure that the payment is completed and confirmed prior to your appointment to secure your booking and avoid any delays or rescheduling. We accept various forms of payment; however, please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX).
